The Real Truth About AI
I’ve been thinking a lot about AI lately and how sometimes it feels like I’m being pushed to mold myself around it—like I need to fit into the tool.
Do you ever feel like that? (Or maybe it’s just me!)
Then, after thinking about it for a while, I realized that it ought to be the other way around. Hence, I wanted to share this with you.
AI needs to fit into who I am and who you are.
You’re a mindful, purpose-driven entrepreneur—a creator, a visionary. Your real power lies in your authenticity, in being you. (And not being afraid to show it. But that’s a whole other article for another day! 😉)
The ads that I’m seeing and the AI email lists I’m on are doing their very best to sell how AI can make my life easier. Sometimes, I feel like it’s going a little over the top, like it’s planning on being THE “solution” to everything one day.
Maybe it will one day, and who knows?
Let’s flip this on its head and do a ‘what if’ scenario:
What if, instead of being swept up in that AI wave, you step back and ask yourself this question:
Does this tool align with who I am and what I want to create in the world?
The real truth is—you have the choice.
No one else gets to define how you use technology in your business. You are the divine creative force here.
So, what’s your gut, your intuition say? That’s 90% of the solution right there.
You know me, I’m gonna remind you to simply go within and ask yourself what feels right with each new opportunity that comes your way, AI or not. Your intuition will guide you every single time.
AI, at times, kind of feels groundbreaking. Yet, not in the way many people think.
Everyone’s racing to create faster, easier, “more efficient” ways to produce content (and more)—yet is it great content? Really?
That’s where you come in. In a world where trust is becoming harder to find, people are craving something authentic.
As we move into this low-trust era, being real—being you—is what will make you stand out.
Let me ask you this: What’s the point of these AI tools if they don’t help you create a better experience for your clients and for your business?
It’s not just about speed or efficiency—it’s about creating something meaningful, something that truly reflects your soul’s work. Your clients deserve the best of you, and no AI can replicate that. It can try.
Here’s how I’ve been using it lately.
It helps me be a more efficient entrepreneur. I’ve created several different GPTs to guide me in learning new things. AI helps me edit my emails when they start getting way too long (like this one—ha!). It’s my writing assistant and editor.
I’ve used AI for bigger projects, too, like turning long sales pages into video scripts. AI does that way faster than I can. And when I need more sources for my writing, I love using Perplexity to gather research quickly.
It’s also great for creating social media posts. I take my weekly newsletter and give it to my AI, which generates the posts and exports them to a spreadsheet that I then edit.
These are just a few ways I’m using AI now—and there’s a lot more. My goal is to be more efficient, focusing on creation while outsourcing the repetitive tasks to AI so I can stay in my genius zone.
(Hope this helps, and please hit reply if you have any questions, I’m always here to guide you.)
We are heading into a time when authenticity will be at a premium. Your dream clients and customers are getting way smarter.
What you need to know is—You have the power to be a beacon of truth and trust. AI should serve your purpose and help you stay in your genius zone. At the end of the day, it’s your voice, your message, and your integrity that will guide you in your business and in life.
So, as the world continues to shift, don’t get lost in the noise.
Remember, you’re not here to serve technology—it’s here to serve you. Your soul, your authenticity, your connection to your audience—those are things no AI can ever replicate.
Lean into that. Create from a place of truth. Let technology be the tool that supports you, not the master that defines you.
Here’s to you: building a business, creating meaningful impact, making real connections, and staying true to what matters to you most.
Paragraph I’m Pondering
“You need to clearly define your spiritual purposes to prepare you for prosperity. Until this first step has been taken, having too much too soon may create more obstacles than you can handle. Once you have a mission clearly in mind, abundance, which will come in many different forms, can be used for constructive, creative purposes.”~ Mark Thurston, Discovering Your Soul’s Purpose
