New Year, New Intentions—What will 2025 bring?

Since it’s Jan 2, I thought maybe we ought to ease into the New Year with just a simple blog post. 🙂
Promise, next week, I will be back with a packed eNewsletter with some fun cool stuff.

Happy 2025!

And just like that – it’s a whole New Year!

You’ve been on my mind during the holidays.

How are you feeling as we step into 2025?

What comes up for you as you start the New Year?

For me, January always feels like a time to pause, take a deep breath, and reflect—not just on what went right or wrong last year. It’s more about what I discovered about myself, my work, and the people I care about most. (And yes, that includes you 🙂

It’s about focusing on what truly matters and reconnecting with what worked, letting go of what didn’t, and leaning into the things that feel most aligned.

This year, I want to continue to guide and support you. I will pull out all the stops to inspire, encourage, and propel you to success, whatever that looks like for you.

I will share my experience and new insights about mindset, inspiration, compassion, authenticity, consistency, and connection—all the things that help us create meaningful success in our lives and businesses.

One of the experiences that had a big impact on me last year, which I shared, was being a part of Mel Robbins’ month Launch Program. During the program, she also shared about her journey to create her new book, Let Them Theory, which just came out last week.

Being part of her program taught me so much about focus and freedom. Her Let Them Theory really stuck with me because of its simple yet powerful message:

What if we just let them?

Let them have their opinions. Let them make their resolutions. Let them stress and make plans without us. Let them judge or cheer or do whatever they need to do.

And while they’re doing all that, you focus on you.

Take a moment to ask yourself:

  • What truly worked for me last year?
  • What didn’t feel aligned or worthy of my time?
  • What’s calling to me this year—whether it’s a new project, a shift in focus, or simply more space to breathe?
  • What do I want to build, create, or lean into this year?

This year, I’ve also decided it’s not about crafting the perfect five-year plan or flashy goals. It’s about staying curious and focusing on what matters most—connection, impact, and showing up for the people and projects I care about.

One of the things I’m most excited about is launching something I’ve been talking about for waaaay too long is launching—the Soulful Marketing Accelerator Program.

This beta program is for mindful, purpose-driven entrepreneurs who want to build a successful, mindful business. I’ll guide you through the 7 most important steps to building a successful, mindful, purpose-driven business. This won’t be about hype or cookie-cutter strategies. It’s about crafting a business that aligns with your values and feels authentic to you.

Since it’s a beta, I’m keeping the group small and the price super reasonable. I want to create this program alongside you—listening to your feedback and needs to shape it into something truly transformative.

If this sounds like something you’d love to be part of, you know what to do. Reach out and I will send you details. I’d be thrilled to have you on this journey with me. It’s going to start at the end of January and will be an 8-week program.

As we ease into 2025, here’s a good place to start:

Write down three things you want to feel more of this year. Not “do” or “achieve”—just feel. Maybe it’s grounded, creative, abundant, energized, or connected.

Then, jot down one small step you can take this week to invite more of those feelings into your life.

Here’s what I know for sure: When you get clear on what feels right for you, and you let go of what doesn’t, you create the space for real growth and connection—both in your business and in your life.

I’d love to hear what’s on your mind for this year. I’m here if you want to share your vision or just talk it out.

Let’s make 2025 your most amazing and inspiring year yet!

  1. Can you spot Emma (the sleeping dog)?
  2. Let me bring it in a little closer for you. 🙂 In her new bed, she tested for Amazon. She loves it.
  3. Well, we tried to get a Christmas photo with Emma, and she’d have none of it! The outtake where she was facing the camera we were blurred, go figure!
  4. Doing a selfie with the Let Them Theory book for social media.
  5. Emma was posing for another new jacket she was testing for Amazon.
  6. That’s a holiday selfie of myself, Alice, and her 90+-year-old parents, who stayed with us for the holidays. We were checking out the annual Christmas lights show.
  7. I love this photo. One of those moments, while we were opening presents for Christmas, Emma fell asleep next to this oh-so-appropriate Christmas bag.
